Six years ago I married my sweet wife, ever since then I
have steadily gotten fatter! At the beginning of the year I decided to join the
New Year’s resolution crew and lose weight. Even since then, I have dedicated
myself to attend the gym on a consistent basis. I get up every Monday,
Wednesday and Friday morning around 7:00 am and perform High Intensity Interval
Training (H.I.I.T.) I lift weights every Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the
afternoon.
On Monday, my lifting routine focuses on my chest and back.
I begin by bench-pressing on a machine and follow it immediately with lat
pull-downs. My second major lift is on the incline press followed by close-grip
seated rows. I then proceed to the assisted chin-up machine. After three sets
of chin-ups, I finished out my workout on the fly machine to blast my
pectorals.
